A good coach requires extensive professional training, a great deal of life experience, and a continuous process of self-reflection. Here is a little summary of my professional qualifications:

• Bachelor's of science degree in Business Administration from Stritch University
• Trained with the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the first organization accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF)
• A lifetime of professional development seminars in MBTI, StrengthsFinder, Wilson Learning - S4, and Enneagram through the Enneagram Institute.
• Over 100 seminars delivered implementing the use of the Enneagram in a work setting
• Over 30 years of marketing, community development, legislative affairs management and organizational development work across the 48 states, Germany and Africa.

Aside from my professional competencies, I engage in a continuous learning process by attending seminars and staying on top of current trends and developments in the industry.
